Switching agents: what to know.
Do my tenants need to move out?
Changing agent does not automatically mean changing tenants. The existing tenancy and circumstances should be reviewed as part of the handover.
Can you cancel my current agreement for me?
Your obligations to the current agent need to be checked first. We can discuss the transition, but do not assume an agreement can be ended immediately or without charges.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your property address, current agency agreement, tenancy details and any immediate issues are useful starting points. Please avoid sending tenant personal documents through the initial enquiry form.
