Need help finding your contact? ↗01
Something needs fixing.
Use the repair route supplied for your tenancy. Include the property address, what’s happened, when it started and photographs if it’s safe to take them. Explain any effect on access or use of the home, and provide a contact number for arranging the next step.
02
An urgent problem needs the right route.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the emergency services. For urgent property issues, use the emergency or out-of-hours instructions supplied with your tenancy. General sales and viewing forms are not monitored as emergency repair channels.
03
A question about rent or your tenancy.
Contact your management team with your address and a clear explanation of the query. For a payment question, include the date and reference through the agreed channel. Check any request to change payment details directly with your known management contact.
Read your welcome information, check the documents supplied for the home and report any questions about its condition through the agreed route. Keep a record of what you send and save the contacts you may need.
05
Thinking about moving on?
Speak to your management team about your plans and the process that applies to your tenancy. They can explain the required information, property handover and key-return arrangements.
Tell the team what’s worked well or what needs attention. If you want to make a formal complaint, ask for the applicable complaints procedure and escalation route.
Contact MCR Homes ↗GOOD QUESTIONS
A little more clarity.
Does MCR Homes manage every property it advertises?
Management arrangements can vary. Your tenancy or welcome information confirms who is responsible for your home after move-in.
Can I report a repair through a viewing form?
Please use your tenancy’s management or repair contact. Viewing forms are for prospective renters and may not reach the team handling maintenance.
What should I include in a repair report?
The address, a clear description, when the issue started and safe photographs where useful. Include your contact details and any relevant access information.
I can’t find my management contact. What should I do?
Check your tenancy agreement, welcome pack and recent management emails. If you’re still unsure, call MCR Homes with the property address so we can help identify the right route.
Can the website confirm when a contractor will arrive?
No. Your management team or appointed contractor must confirm access and appointment arrangements directly with you.
