Bring the agreed checks, tenancy documents and key arrangements together. Choose whether to manage the home yourself afterwards or include ongoing property management.

Can I manage the tenancy myself afterwards?
Yes, you can discuss a lettings-only instruction. We’ll explain where our role ends and what you will take on once the tenancy starts. Ongoing management can be quoted separately.
Should I furnish the property?
It depends on the property and the people likely to rent it. Tell us what is already included and we’ll discuss how furnished or unfurnished options fit the local market.
How quickly will my property let?
Price, presentation, demand and the property’s readiness all influence timing. We’ll discuss the marketing approach and feedback with you; an appraisal is not a promise of a letting date.
