MCR Homes / Our new identity

A new look.
A renewed promise.

A fresh identity, new management and a clear direction: better lettings and property management for the landlords and tenants who put their trust in us.

MCR Homes brand concept: the new house-mark logo on forest green and cream welcome materials.
Our new identity, brought to life through a concept for landlord and tenant welcome materials.

MCR Homes has a new look and a renewed sense of purpose. Under our new management, we are looking ahead with a clear ambition: to make letting a property, renting a home and managing the relationship between the two a better experience.

We are a residential lettings and property management company. Our work is about finding tenants a place to call home, helping landlords let their properties well and looking after the practical details throughout a tenancy. That remains at the centre of MCR Homes.

A considered identity. A clear direction.

We have collaborated with a professional brand studio to develop the new MCR Homes identity. The result brings together our new logo, a distinctive house mark, considered typography and a palette of forest green, mint and warm cream.

The brief was to create a brand that feels clear, confident and approachable, reflecting the people behind every property. From our website and property marketing to the way we communicate with customers, the identity gives us a more consistent way to present who we are and what we stand for.

For us, the rebrand also carries a responsibility. A clearer identity needs to be supported by clearer communication, better organisation and a service people can rely on.

The promise behind our new look is simple: look after homes properly, keep people informed and follow things through.

For landlords: a property that gets our attention.

Whether you own one rental home or a portfolio, you need an agent who understands both the property and your priorities. You should know how your home is being marketed, what is happening during a tenancy and when a decision needs your attention.

Our focus is on a more considered lettings process: presenting homes well, responding to enquiries, organising viewings and keeping owners informed as a letting progresses. We want the route from instruction to move-in to feel better coordinated for everyone involved.

Where we manage a property, our commitment continues beyond the handover of keys. We will work towards more proactive maintenance coordination, clearer updates and an agreed understanding of responsibilities. The aim is to help owners make informed decisions and give each home the attention it needs over time.

For tenants: support that continues after move-in.

A home is personal. The way we respond to a question, arrange a visit or deal with a repair can have a real effect on someone's day.

We want tenants to feel informed before they move, welcomed when they arrive and supported throughout their tenancy. That means straightforward property information, clear guidance on the next steps and an understandable route to the right person when help is needed.

For residents in the homes we manage, our promise is to listen, explain what happens next and keep them updated while an issue is being progressed. When something requires an owner's approval or a contractor's availability, we will communicate that clearly and continue to follow it up.

What our renewed promise means.

Under our new management, these are the standards we are committing to build into the everyday running of MCR Homes.

Clear answers.

Use plain language, explain the options and make it easier to understand where things stand.

Agreed next steps.

Be clear about what happens next, who is responsible and when a further update can be expected.

Ownership of enquiries.

Take responsibility for progressing questions and issues, with a clear handover when another colleague needs to help.

Care for the home.

Give maintenance requests proper attention and keep landlords and residents informed as work is coordinated.

Transparent relationships.

Explain our service scope, responsibilities and charges clearly so customers understand the support they are choosing.

Feedback that matters.

Listen when the experience falls short, explain how concerns can be raised and use what we learn to improve.

These commitments are the direction we are setting for the business. We know trust is earned through everyday actions, and we want our customers to see that progress in the way we work with them.

Looking forward

Homes. People.
A better relationship.

Our new management brings a renewed focus on customer service, stronger lettings and more attentive property management. The new identity gives that direction a visible expression.

We look forward to building the future of MCR Homes with our landlords and tenants, one conversation, one tenancy and one well-cared-for home at a time.

MCR Homes. A new look. A renewed promise. Lettings. Property management. People first.
